Unused items in original packaging may be returned 30 days from the invoice date. Shipping charges for the items is not included in our return policy and must be prepaid by the purchaser. We apologize that we will not be able to accept any returns after 30 days.
Printed material or pre-recorded Medias such as Books, Charts, Software, CDs, VCDs, VHS and DVDs may be exchanged for the same item ONLY if the product is found to be defective. No refund will be given on these items.
Due to hygenic reasons, some items (eg. Cupping items, Gua Sha Tools, Hot Stones, TENS Pads, etc) are not refundable but can be exchanged for the same item ONLY if the product is found to be defective.
Orders can be picked up in our store for no additional charge. All shipment are calculated based on the weight and the size of the shipment.
Estimated Shipment charges are shown at checkout page, Actual charges may be lower.

Delivery depends on the location. Generally Ontario and Quebec customer can expect next day delivery.

Orders received before 2:00pm EST will be processed the same day.
Any orders received after 2:00pm EST will be process next business day.
